It all stopped early spring. They have 15 theatres but only 2 ticket counters which usually amounts to long line-ups. Their candy counter is about 2 kilometers long with a gazillion cash registers but only 2 of them are only opened at any given time which makes for other, long line-ups. The girls behind the counter unfortunately seem to lack any kind of neural-transmitter as they always fail to comprehend the meaning of "only a squirt of butter", which they always confuse with "fill the damn bag with liquid butter". The last straw (not the one to drink) occured when the last movie I watched there rolled on a white screen with only sound. It took 10 minutes for them to realize the problem. And the film looked like it had been scrubbed with steel wool. No more Guzzo for me. Now I go to Starcité (which has touch-screen ATM-like machines to provide movie tickets in a jiffy) AND a Burger King outlet so I can nom-nom-nom on chesseburgers while watching movies.
