I overslept this morning after turning off my alarm. After turning of my alarm and was having a lot of random thoughts about work, life on the road and I was observing these thoughts from a distance and kept reminding myself not to fall asleep because I had to go to work. Little did I know I was dreaming. And in this dream I realized I was sleeping and woke up to find as I was looking at my iPhone that I should already be at work.
As I was holding the phone, it rings. Morpheus? No it was a director asking if I was almost on site because the phones were down, again. I said of course they are down, this is sundapocalypse. Crap always breaks down on Sunday and that I would be there in 20 minutes stat.

I don't like drugs but the drugs like me
I run to the bathroom to get my meds. The ones for my migraines which I’m already suffering from as I was taking them. And I was still half asleep. To make things worse I also took the meds for my insomnia. Brilliant. Now I’m at work with a migraine and a very hard to fight need to sleep which will last for 7 hours straight.
2 Excedrin Migraine et 2 RedBulls later I still feel like shit. The phones work though. What else is this day gonna be like. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

dude, that’s harsh…
I actually dozed off in front my computer earlier. Thankfully no insane emergencies today. But I’m not getting work done, I can barely keep my eyes open.
Sweety, that’s bad for you, all that mix up of stuff…… :-S
Take care, will ya!
xoxoxox
P.S. I saw the last X-Files movie: SUCKS!!!!! Big time!!!
And well, just wanted you to know, you’ll not like it….
wow, that sounds like a horrible morning! And on a Sunday?
Hope your day got better.
Terrible! I can’t imagine taking medicine for insomnia before going to work. That kind of stuff knocks me out!
Oh no….I sympathise. Migraines and insomnia are 2 of the most evil things to suffer from. And they usually happen in succession….like a bad case of insomnia the night before an important interview or meeting, waking up with a migraine, realising you’re out of migraine drugs, and driving to the meeting with direct sunlight right in your eyes…..moo!!
