Hyperthermia’s a Bitch
I think I just suffered a mild form of hyperthermia. I was in Millenium Park on a shooting spree with my camera when I started feeling very tired from all this heat and humidity and needed to go take a rest, I found the nearest terrace that served food and drink and ordered up.
I though at worse I was just a little dehydrated and needed to get out from under the sun and get some shade for a little while.
Well I ordered food and my favorite, a Long Island Ice Tea and it was a strong motherfucker. As my meal progressed I started feeling very low on energy. After paying my bill I got up and then it hit me. I was really dizzy and disoriented. No wonder I had the waitress repeating eveything. Something was wrong.
I walked home, thankfully it was cloudy and breezy now and slipped into bed. I’m feeling a little better but that was really freaking weird.

Dehydrated you think and what better to drink alcohol and dehydrate yourself even more?

Yeah I know but I though I was just hot and thirsty, not dehydrated. Idid have 2 glasses of water
