Killing Time in Toronto is Hard

Yes this is gonna be a “Let’s all hate Toronto” diatribe. But seriously it’s 11h30 am and I’m already bored and I’ve done tons of shit. I’ve been to “The Bunker” aka the US Consulate to get my US work VISA, which is the purpose of this whole trip. Then I went back to my hotel to pick my camera and my iPhone – damn I love the brick – because no electronic devices allowed in “The Bunker”. Stopped by the hotel’s restaurant for brekky and they totally screwed up the hollandaise on my eggs.

I always wanted to visit the CBC, because yeah I’m a big fan, don’t ask, I’m a patriot. I get there and guess what, they don’t let you tour anymore but yippee you can visit the tiny little museum and the gift shop. No way, I wanted to see the NEWSWorld Studio. ARGGGG!

Then it’s off to the CN Tower. Wait what? 26$ for an elevator ride and a look-see out the window? Well I went anyway because; well I had to go look-see. Unfortunately SMOG and impending storm front. Couldn’t see very far and damn those loud tourists. Yes, yes it’s very HIGH I get it now shut the fuck up.

Now I’m back in my hotel room bored out of my mind. This so wouldn’t happen in Montreal. You see Toronto is this huge metropolis that never ends, it’s big, it’s impressive and it’s pretty classy. She’s the kind of woman you want to take home to meet mom. Montreal on the other hand is this slutty bad girl that fucks your brains out every night that you’ll never take home to meet your mom. Ask yourself which is more fun. My point exactly. In Toronto you have to look for fun, in Montreal, the fun finds you.

Right now I’m gonna have to find a movie to go see because I’m not staying cooped up in this tiny hotel room.
